Weekly S.W.I.C. classes incorporating Meditation Mindfulness, Talks, and Contemplations.
We are in an Ascension Wave. Now, more than ever before in our time, we are being called to come together to live life as a spiritual practice. Everything we do, say and radiate as an energy being, is in recognition that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. These classes will have as its foundation a recognition of the Awakened self within us all.
Open to all those in the S.W. area of Victoria who have prior meditation experience and want to develop further and connect with their community.

You can expect a loving supportive environment with kindred spirits who want to continue to grow spiritually and be a light in the world.
A central element of our classes will include meditation, using a mixture of direct awakening practices and more traditional styles of meditation.
Discussion and contemplation will follow a presentation or talk from various spiritual teachers
What is My Contribution?
Bringing your light, and higher frequencies of your true self to share and support others with love, compassion and kindness as we go through this Ascension wave together.

The Shrine Room
Our purpose built space for Meditation is well equipped to accomodate a variety of needs that can be utilised as allowed in current pandemic.
Be the silent watcher of your thoughts and behaviour. You are beneath the thinker. You are the stillness beneath the mental noise. You are the love and joy beneath the pain.
